Materials :
120 gr wheat flour
8 tbsp unsalted butter (in room temperature)
200 gr brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp heavy cream
1/2 tsp salt
90 gr choco chips
How to make :
1. Mix the flour and then put it in the microwave to remove the bacteria in the flour.
2. In a separate bowl, beat the butter and sugar until fluffy and soft. Add vanilla, cream and salt, mix until smooth.
3. Add flour and mix everything until smooth.
4. Add choco chips to it.
5. Form the dough into small, bite-sized balls.
To make this cookie dough last longer, store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
