Bechamel Sauce Ingredients :
- margarine
- 300 ml full cream liquid UHT milk

HOW TO MAKE
Making Spaghetti :
- Boil pasta/spaghetti until soft, drain and set aside
- Slice the sausage, onion, cheese then set aside
- Saute onions with margarine over medium heat until fragrant
- Add tomato sauce and bolognese sauce
- Add minced meat, mix well
- Slice the sausage and add the pepper
- Finally, add the boiled spaghetti, mix well
- Pour into a heat-resistant container, flatten and set aside
Making bechamel sauce :
Prepare a pan, melt the margarine, pour some milk, boil until half boiling
Add some of the milk with the flour, mix well, put it in a saucepan, mix well until homogeneous
Enter the easy melt cheese that has been cut into cubes, stir until well blended and thickens
Solution :
- Pour the bechamel sauce over the spaghetti in a heat-resistant container, spread evenly
- Sprinkle with oregano leaves
- Top with red cheese and sprinkle again with oregano leaves
- Bake for 10 minutes at 170◦C
