HOW TO MAKE A GOOD AND ECONOMIC BEEF BURGER

 Main Ingredients for Burger Meat recipe:


5 pieces of burger buns / burger buns


Supplementary material:


5 slices of cheese

1 cucumber

3 tomatoes (thinly sliced)

5 pieces of lettuce/lettuce

Bread greasing ingredients:

100 grams of mayonnaise (you can use thousand island)

Ingredients for Making Meat Burger:

How to make a burger meat recipe:


1. Mix the ingredients above, stir until blended. You can stir-fry the above ingredients first, except for the meat and eggs.

The purpose of this seasoning is to make the spices when stirred with the meat can penetrate deeper into the meat. Store in the refrigerator to prevent sticking for about 10 minutes. make balls of 50 gr each or shape according to your taste. Then flatten it until it is 1 – 1.5 cm thick.

3. Roll the meat that has been formed into the breadcrumbs if the meat will be fried.

4. If you are going to burn it, brush it a few times first with barbecue sauce to make it more delicious.

5. Put the meat that has been flattened into the freezer so that it freezes a little and is easy to fry or bake.

6. if it is ready, fry / grill the meat.


Making burger buns:


Split the burger bun / burger into two parts, top and bottom.

Place the bottom first on the plate.

Add mayonnaise / thousand island, and mustard if you like.

Add the above complementary ingredients one by one, the arrangement is up to your taste, including the meat that has been fried / burned earlier.

Add tomato sauce and chili sauce to taste.

Cover the top with the top slice of burger bun.

Then your burger is ready to be enjoyed.
