Mothers may often experience, your little one's appetite is reduced because they are bored with the same home-made menu.
In this condition, of course, Mother as the mainstay chef at home is the most confusing.
Well, to overcome this, you can try this one sandwich recipe. Although the method is very easy to make, it turns out that sandwiches are sold at quite high prices in restaurants.
So, why not just make your own?
Material:
4 pieces of white bread (You can use whole wheat bread or plain bread, for better results it is recommended to use whole wheat bread)
Lettuce
2 slices of cheese
3 tablespoons cheese
Filling Material:
5 tbsp canned tuna
1/2 tsp granulated black pepper, coarsely ground
2 tbsp mayonnaise
How to make:
1. Prepare a non-stick pan, then stir-fry the tuna and black pepper.
2. Stir until the tuna is crushed, then remove when it feels cooked and cool.
3. Once cool, mix with mayonnaise, then mix well. Tuna is ready for sandwich stuffing.
Make sandwiches:
1. Take a piece of white bread (you can bake it for a while, it's okay, according to your taste), then spread it with cheese, then put lettuce and tomatoes on it.
2. Re-stack with white bread, then spread the cheese again and complete with cucumber, tomato, and cheese slices on top. On the last pile, complete with the cooked tuna and lettuce.
